The first stage of an automotive welding line is component assembly, which includes the precise assembly of various parts such as chassis, doors, roof, and engine components. The main assembly welding process combines these components into an overall body and performs other welding processes on the assembled body. The assembly process and the main assembly process are each designed to improve the precision and quality of the body welds while reducing cycle times. The welding line layout is carefully designed to maximize efficiency and minimize material waste.
The welding line is characterized by a high degree of automation, high welding precision, stable beat, etc. It mainly completes the welding tasks of automobile lower body assembly and white body assembly; through the control of programmable logic controller (PLC), it realizes the automation of the whole process; the main components are robots, electrode trimmers, RIP and HIP of water and gas unit, conveyor system in the line, positioning jig, handling grips, gun changer, servo resistance welding gun, arc welding gun, automatic stud welding gun, SPR, FDS, automatic gluing equipment, automatic loading equipment APC, safety fences, etc. The main components are a robot, electrode trimmer, RIP and HIP of water and gas unit, in-line conveyor system, positioning fixture, handling gripper, gun changer, servo resistance welding gun, arc welding gun, automatic stud welding gun, SPR, FDS, automatic gluing equipment, automatic loading equipment APC, fine positioning of the edge of the line for loading and unloading of the material car, safety fence, etc.
The Main Features of Car Body Welding Machine
(1) All double-sided single-point resistance spot welding is used for welding, which improves welding quality and reduces welding deformation and material consumption.
(2) The equipment is equipped with 4 sets of inverter welding systems. By adopting advanced electrode tracking technology, the upper and lower electrodes can be automatically aligned during welding and running, and 1+1 and 1+1+1 profiles are completed at the same time. Strip or 4 welds or welding, thus solving the technical problem of 1+1+1 profile welding by resistance welding.
(3) The electrical control system adopts a high-precision PLC controller and sets a separate control box and operation box. The control panel can display different vehicle serial numbers. Pre-programmed procedures automatically complete the entire welding process of the equipment. The control center has a storage function, which can store a variety of models. When changing the model, the serial number can be switched, which makes it easy to weld a variety of models.
(4) The position of the welding point (height, width) is adjustable.
(5) The roof frame positioning device can be adjusted according to different models, which is more convenient.
(6) Double-drive gantry-type mechanism walks smoothly.
(7) Self-provided circulating cooling system and the cooling effect is reliable.
