The model of 1500 automatic sheep head, sheep hoof, scalding and hair removal machine:
This machine is mainly used for dehairing of sheep's heads and hooves.
On the left is the working chamber for depilation of the sheep's head, and on the right is the working chamber for the sheep's hooves.
First, put the sheep's head and sheep's feet into their respective working chambers. After soaking and scalding the wool through the spray scalding system that comes with the equipment, start the depilation board in the working chamber.
The whole machine adopts electric heating mode, with its own temperature control, hair removal time, scalding time setting parameters and its own control, which solves the trouble of hair removal by experience in this industry.
After scalding by the water circulation spray system, the filtered water automatically flows into the heat preservation pool, and after being heated to reach the temperature, it is circulated to the hair removal working chamber again, and the water source is recycled to achieve the purpose of saving water.
