1. Accurate temperature control, and excellent heat distributionThe temperature control module developed by MOSEN  allows for up to 12 stages of temperature control. The heating mode is available in step or linearity to accommodate the specific formulations of different products. Thus, the repeatability and stability between batches of products are well ensured, with a temperature accuracy within ±0.5ºC.
2. Precise pressure control, suitable for different package typesThe pressure control module developed by MOSEN  continuously changes the pressure during the entire process to adapt to the pressure variations inside the package. This minimizes the deformation of the package, no matter whether it is a rigid container of aluminum/tin cans, or plastic bottles/boxes, or flexible pouches. The pressure accuracy is within ±0.05bar.

1. We will deliver water immersion retort by LCL/20'FCL/40'FCL depending on your order.
Before delivery, our professional technician will do a trial run for each product to check until everything is functional, you also can come to our factory and test our machine together with us.
2. When loading, our workers will fix the retorts tightly with wire rope so that the retorts can't move in the container.

free, but the transportation cost shall be on your side.
