Main features:
1.The machine is suitable for pressing dry granular materials, and the content of fine powder (larger than 100 mesh) should not exceed 10%. It is not suitable for pressing semi-solid, wet particles, low melting point, and hygroscopic materials, as well as powder without particles.

The mechanical components adopt high-strength and high-rigidity frame structure, with main castings sourced from a Japanese wholly-owned company. The turning structure is specially processed with advanced technology, and the pre-tensioning wheel and main press wheel are designed. The lubrication system uses products from an American wholly-owned company, Bechel.
7.The working area adopts a fully enclosed transparent window structure, with minimal dust pollution and excellent sealing performance.
8.The studio is completely separated from the transmission mechanism, effectively preventing cross-contamination. The components in contact with drugs are made of stainless steel or treated with surface special treatment. The tablet compression chamber has no dead corners, making it easy to load and unload, and easy to clean and maintain, in compliance with the GMP standards for drug production and quality management.
