TP-B40TW facial tissue bundling machine is an automatic multi-pack wrapping machine suited to pack folded facial tissues, paper napkins and paper hand towels.
The processes of tissue arrangement, counting, diverting, insertion, bag feeding, bag opening, sealing and cut off are all controlled by servo drives, providing easy operation and simple maintenance.

★ Equipped with functions of bag open detection function, waste bag free stop automatic rejection, air source management, fault alarm and display, servo overload protection.
Full automatic Multi-packing machine for facial tissue paper
product transfer, feeding, pushing, bag fetching, bag opening,trim collection are full automatic.
1) Automatically set facial packs into 1 column or 2 columns (1-5 packs for each column) by touch screen, then push them into bundler.
2) Into bag: Push prefab bags by Vacuum belt and open them with sucker, then pusher push facial packs into bags.
3) Sealing: Gusset format, heat sealing and sealing edge is straight and ho burrs. This part has its own temperature control system.
4) Trim: To trim collector with vacuum system
5) Man-machine interface: For easy operation, set parameters in the operating panel., which have keep and debugging functions.

C. Monitor: Monitor bags and product and machine should be stop when no bags or product
D. Prefab bags storing: 2 stores and the up is continuous.;
E. Bagging: 2 columns or 1 column, vertical direction to bag, right tightness and beautiful appearance.
F. Machine should be automatically bag transmission and bundling and stop and alarm when bag missing.
G. Bundling format: 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 packs for each bundle, adjustable
H. Machine should be equipped with overload protection and machine stop at overload and could reset manually after overload and let servo
system be back to initial phase (home slowly).
I. Safety control-machine should stop in 2-3 seconds after pressing Emergency Stop Button;
Emergency Stop should cut off electricity, compressed air, pump, etc.

After service: Seller would repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge caused by the machine poor design or manufacturing defects within this period.Guarantee period is not applicable for the consumables and once damaged, buyer can purchase the consumables from the seller at reasonable prices.
We would systematically train your engineers about the operation, maintenance and supervision and share the knowledge and experience regarding the machine operation and maintenance by fax or at each visit.
If buyer need our technician to fix the machine abroad,buyer shall be responsible for all costs of service like airtickets,accommodation and local transportation.
Besides buyer need paid for the technician USD50/person/day as salary when our Technician going to your country.
