1. Product use:

Turbo concentrator, also known as turbo gold mining machine, turntable concentrator, spiral curved gold mining machine, portable

folding rack is used that folds up and stores neatly in the trunk of the car. It can be installed quickly and easily, and can
handle 100-500kg of material within an hour. It is both an independent separator of the panning machine and a gravity separator.
After numerous experiments, design and precise calculation of the data, the recovery of particles and powder gold, no loss of the
smallest gold particles, it will increase the gold recovery rate by at least 30%, the final recovery rate can reach 99%. Turbines

3. Product composition and working principle:
This machine is composed of spiral rotary table, reducer, fixed bracket, spray pipe, water pump, and other components. The spiral
rotary table is composed of a number of separate spirals, which lead the heavy ore gold into the tube shaft and put a suspended
gold capture cup. With pitch adjustment and water spray system to help operators "adjust" grade and recovery.

4. Product installation and use:
1. Install the machine. See the installation reference drawing or video teaching for details.
2. First put the pump into a clean water source or 15L bucket of clean water.
3. Clip the main power clip (red is "+", black is "-" pole) to the DC 12-volt DC battery;
4. Clamp the water pump power supply on the two copper screws of the reducer (red is "+" pole, blue is "-" pole);
5. Turn on the turntable and water pump switch and water is sprayed from the spray rod to the wheel.
6. The Angle of spiral disk is recommended at 55 degrees and adjusted as needed.
7. Adjust the flow of water in the spray pipe by adding a scoop of mineral sand every 3 seconds (increase or decrease as appropriate).
