Liquid filling production line is a single-machine bottling production line that integrates bottle arrangement, filling, capping,aluminum foil sealing, self-adhesive and so on. It is highly efficient and highly automated in modern industry, and is suitable for filling and packaging of various liquid products.
The machine is a vertical drum structure, which uses a conveyor belt screw to feed bottles, a mechanical arm to clamp the bottles, flip and rotate continuously, and the bottle washing nozzle moves back and forth and tracks the movement. The bottles are alternately sprayed with water and air in an inverted state for cleaning, and ultrasonic washing function is adopted, which has a good washing effect. The machine consists of a base, a drum, a screw lifting mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a water pump, a filter, and other components. After the bottle is filled with water, it enters the water tank for ultrasonic washing for 1 minute. Then, it is transported by a screw to the lifting pulley. After lifting, it is clamped by a large drum mechanical arm and flipped 180 ºC by the mechanical arm until the bottle mouth is facing downwards. Water and gas alternate cleaning is carried out sequentially. After cleaning, the bottle is flipped over by a robotic arm and sent out to the sterilization oven through a synchronous belt.

This machine is mainly used for drying, sterilization, and heat removal of small glass bottles such as ampoules, penicillin bottles, and oral liquid bottles in the pharmaceutical industry.
This machine automatically completes the entire production process from bottle feeding, preheating, drying and sterilization, cooling to bottle discharge. By adopting the principle of laminar flow and the high-speed sterilization process of hot air, the container can meet the national cleanliness level 3 standard (American industrial standard level 100) in a sealed tunnel.
