Q: What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our MOQ is just 1 piece. However, for optimal production, we recommend ordering 500 pieces or more.

A: Absolutely! We support full customization of size, design, and logo to meet your specific needs.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we can provide samples as per your requirements. Please note that sample and freight costs need to be covered by you. It takes 5-7 days to prepare the samples.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: We require a T/T payment of 30% as a deposit, with the balance to be paid upon sight of the B/L copy. We also accept IRREVOCABLE L/C at 100% sight.
Q: What are your terms of delivery?
A: Our delivery terms include EXW, FOB, and CIF at major ports such as NINGBO, SHANGHAI, and TIANJIN.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: The lead time is approximately 2 weeks after receiving the deposit or L/C. Please note, it may extend to 3-4 weeks during busy seasons.
Q: Is a Certificate of Origin available?
A: Yes, Certificates of Origin issued by CIQ and CCPIT are available upon request.
