Product Description
The H-beam steel structure production line is a highly automated H-beam production line. It aims to reduce and reduce the use frequency of the driving. The H-beam is conveyed, turned and moved, which significantly improves the user's production efficiency.
The production line can continuously complete the assembly, welding, shaping and discharging of T-beam and H-beam during the production process. The production process adopts program control, and the adjustment of welding speed adopts frequency conversion technology.

1. Under what circumstances is it suitable to choose H steel beam 3in1 Integrated assembly welding straightening machine?

2. Does H steel beam automatic welding line (Beam Web flange Assembly welding straightening 3in1 machine) need gas shield arc welding first?
unnecessary. On the independent H beam assembly machine, the spot welding of the gas shielded welding machine needs to be performed first, and then the H beam is hoisted into the Steel beam Gantry welding machine through the crane to perform Submerged arc welding by submerged arc welder.
However, on the 3in1 integrated beam machine, it is not necessary to perform gas shielded welding first work, and the H beam can be burned through directly through Submerged arc welding (the web thickness below 20mm can be burned through without beveling)
3. Does the submerged arc welding machine need to choose single arc single wire or double arc double wire?
It needs to be based on the requirements of the customer's H beam thickness. In China, more and more H beam manufacturers choose submerged arc welding machine with double arc and double wire, which has higher efficiency and better welding effect. However, the price of double arc double wire submerged arc welding machine is very high, which is an important factor for customers to consider.
4. How long is the production cycle of H beam steel plate integrated assembly-welding-straightening machine?
In order to ensure the quality of each customer's order, we need a processing cycle of 40 to 45 days. If you need a machine urgently, please negotiate the delivery time of the machine with our business personnel before purchasing the order.
5.What about the payment?
30% deposit +70% balance before leaving our factory.
