Decoiler is for the metal coil(or other material )uncoiling to be straight and smooth ,then easily for the feeding to the machine like slitting,cut to length and roofing sheet,etc.It can be divided into manual decoiler and electric decoiler,hydraulic decoiler.The hydraulic decoiler whether has the loading car and the length of the guaiding is all customized.

1. Uses a model 80 worm gear vertical reducer, which employs a gear-based speed conversion mechanism to regulate motor rotation speed and generate high torque.
2. The vertical motor is designed for low vibration and noise. Its stator and rotor feature pure copper coils, lasting 10 times longer than standard coils. Equipped with ball bearings on both ends, it reduces friction and maintains low operating temperatures.

(1)Turn on the power supply first check whether the power supply voltage is matched, whether there is a lack of phase contact, etc., so as not to damage the electrical motor.
(2)There should be a reliable grounding wire to prevent injury when the appliance is damaged.
(3)Immediately remove the handle of mandrel after loading the coil, it is avoid injury when runing.
(4)The power should be cut off during charging. After power-on, it is strictly forbidden to stand around the pallet.
Maintenance
(1)For long-term use, the spindle bearing grease should be added once a month, and the reducer oil should be replaced every six months, and the oil should be added to 1/3.
(2)The wiring points in the electric control box shall not be loose, so as to avoid burning the electrical appliances and affecting normal use, and no oil or water is allowed to enter.
(3)For long-term use, attention should be paid to checking the bearing housing and whether the screws are loose.
(4)If it is not used for a long time, add the oil to the spindle and check the electric control box.
