Cooling heat exchange medium for energy storage is a liquid compounded with polyester grade glycol and high quality organic acid additives.Organic acid using long-chain dibasic carboxylic acid-based additives as the main anticorrosion materials, with good stability, non-precipitation, anti-scaling, long-term performance stability, high heat transfer efficiency.
And the additives used can realize biodegradation under natural conditions, and will not cause secondary pollution to the environment.
1 Anti-corrosion:
This product adopts all organic long-chain dibasic carboxylic acid as anticorrosive additives, with good water solubility, and can work stably for a long time in free aqueous solution without precipitation, and it has excellent protective ability against cast iron, copper metal, cast aluminum, solder and other metals, and it meets the corrosion requirements of metals such as JISK 2234, ASTM D3306, and GB29743.1-2022.
2 Anti-boiling and anti-scaling:
This product is not easy to evaporate, can realize stable work under the pressure of the water tank, will not produce boiling. It will not decompose after being heated and will not precipitate scaling.
The active additives in the product effectively prevent the agglomeration and flocculation of tiny particles and improve the heat dissipation ability.
3 Anti-freezing, low expansion coefficient
This product adopts polyester grade glycol as anti-freezing additive, which is not easy to freeze and has small expansion coefficient, so it will not freeze and crack the circulating pipes.
4 Long service life
Adopting all organic acid additive components, in the use of the process of additive attenuation is slow, small loss, with long-lasting protection ability;
According to different dosage, the product can meet the service life of 8 to 10 years.
5 Multifunctionality
The product meets the requirements for durable use of cooling heat exchange in the field of energy storage and has been optimized.
