Pressurized solar collector is a device to absorbing the solar energy for heating hot water of the system ,it usually combines with solar water heater tank for storage the solar energy. This solar collector adopts the heat pipe vacuum tube which much higher and fast transfer the heat energy. Heat pipe in vacuum tube absorbs the heat from the solar insulation and transfer by its condenser to the manifold for heating the flow pipe water or fluid.

How to install one solar collector?
1.Install the frame first ,see the frame install drawing
2.Place the manifold and fix the screw
3.Following the following steps to installed the tubes:
Step1:first install the nylon cap on the bottom track,then screw off the jacket from the cap.
Step2:put the heat conduction oil on the condensor of heat pipe
Step3:Insert the vacuum tube inside the nylon cap(Be careful :don't smash the vacuum tube on the ground in avoid it will be broken)
Step4:hold the vacuum tube tightly ,then insert it into the oposite hole(copper cap)which on the monifold slowly.
Step5:fix bact the jacket back the nylon cap.

How to choose the right system with the heat pipe solar collector?
There are two tyes of the system commonly.
The heat pipe Solar Collector mainly works wtih tank for storage heating. There are two system: Passitive system and Active system.
Passitive system we can call thermosyphone hot water system,The heat pipe solar collector transfer the heat to tank by natural gravity. Fluid (water ,glycol ) from inlet is heated and become lighter density compare to non-heated fluid, this lighter density will go up to the outlet and heavier fluid will go down to inlet of collector . This thermosyphone priciple continue to happen until sun down .

Active flat plate solar collector system : Differ from the termosphone system, the circulation is not depends on nature gravity , it is actived by circulation pump . Pump works when the temperature difference achieve the setted valve, the heat will be exchanged between pressurized heat pipe solar collector and storage tank . Tank can be with coil (one ,two or more coils) as heat exchanger for indirectly heat exchange or without coil for directly heat exchange.

Non-presurized heat pipe solar hot water system,compare to the pressurized system ,it is open loop system. Tank is non-pressurized with air vent ,so it is connected to the atmosphere. System runs without pressure. Because it is economic , it is widely applied to big project.
