Description
It is a barrier emulsion based on cationic acrylate system with excellent water resistance and barrier properties, which give paper pulp excellent water-repellent (Cobb, water immersion resistance) property and additional strength enhancing properties.It has excellent mechanical stability, and it can be suitable for the pulp adding of paper making and food pulp molds, and also can be applied to the surface treatment process of paper making, paper converting, and non-woven processing, and can be matched with various coating methods.Benefits

The main Application & Usage:
Waterproof treatment for absorbent substrates such as pulp molded products, paper and paperboard, films, and non-woven.It is suitable for either direct pulp adding or surface processing application. When adding in the pulp, advise dilute 5-20 times with soft water. The usual dosage is 1-3% (relative to the dry pulp), when used with the cationic oil- resistance agent, it should be added after the oil-resistance agent added and uniformly mixed with the pulp, and anionic substances should be avoided during the system. It can be used alone or in a compounding system in surface treatment application. Multiple coating can significantly improve the film hiding and barrier properties of this product compared to a single coating at the same coating amount . Relevant coating methods include metering rods, scrapers, air knives, intaglios, etc. It is recommended to conduct a lab test before formal use to get the best application conditions.

Storage & Packing:
Packed in 200kg/drum or 1000kgs IBC drum.
Sealed and stored at 0-40 °C to avoid high temperature, humidity and direct sunlight. The shelf life is 6 months under good storage conditions.
