ELIMINATE POINT-OF-LOAD OVERFLOWS QUICKLY AND EASILY

The Gobadi skirt bezel is a versatile design that can meet any

need in the conveyor load site - even for demanding heavy-du

ty applications.

Can be mounted on both vertical and vertical skirts. The unique

design features a unique fixing pin and a wedge-shaped block

that locks around the pin at any angle. The other parts are

interlocking, so even if the retaining pin is unfastened, one

person can adjust or change the skirt rubber.

When properly installed, Gobadi ensures that the skirt rubber

does not cause abrasion on the belt, causing premature wear or

scratch marks.

The standard length of the Gobadi is 2.0 m and can be easily

modified to meet shorter length requirements. The clamp and

retaining pins can be installed anywhere on the side of the

clamp chute, even in the most constrained environments. Plates

and pins can be added to use additional skirting rubbers in

heavy-duty fields

In various belt conveyor conveyor systems, there is a blanking point, which is easy to generate a large amount of impact dust. The

non-powered dust removal guide trough device adopts the advanced non-dynamic dust removal concept, integrates the functions

of self-falling, anti-coal sprinkling, and anti-belt deviation, and is specially designed for the blanking point of the conveying

system, so as to completely get rid of the problem of dust pollution in the working space.

The pressure balance and closed circulation mode are adopted, and the multi-stage dust suction and dust reduction pressure

reduction are adopted to realize the virtuous cycle settlement of the dust-containing air flow and avoid the dust overflow.

The side panel adopts a sealed structure and cooperates with the anti-overflow skirt plate to effectively prevent material

spillage.
