BEST-DX5A Diamond Core Drill Rig For Geological Mining Drilling
BEST-DX5A Full Hydraulic Core Drill Rig is a new-type hydraulic core drill rig developed with reference of advanced technique of similar kind rigs at home and abroad. It is mainly used in core drill with diamond bit or hard tungsten-carbide tipped bit in the field of engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, underground water. It can also be applied in the field of gallery ventilation and, water discharge tunnel drilling as well as dam grouting and other engineering drilling.
Main Technical Features:
Hydraulic pumps, main valve and hydraulic motor are all from famous international brands.Drill head feeding and lifting adopt double-speed driving device for the chain of the oil tank, with long-range feeding stroke. Drill head driven by double-motor and adopts enclosed hydraulic system, 2 grades mechanical shift gears and hydraulic operated stepless shift gears. The drill head leaves the orifice in a translational manner. Mast adopted hydraulic powered lift/down, with touchdown function, can be folded. Hydraulic system adopts sensitive load control, track walks. With high-position operation platform and orifice operation platform. With hydraulic support device. With high supporter and low guider devices. A hydraulic clamp is adopted at the position above the drilling hole. There are three types of overall structure: crawler, platform and tyre.
