Punching unit
the punching unit adopts six-mold turnplate, which ensure the upper mold and lower mold are absolutely in the center
reduce the damage rate of the molds and improve the working efficiency.
we can operate the round hole, oval hole and other shape hole you want to customize.
The cutting unit
The cutting unit adopts double column shearing dies, the cutting interface incision is flat, no droop, no waste, no burrs.
The cutting unit operation is very easy, you can just put the copper busbars into the right position and fixed, step on the foot-switch. then the cutting unit is finished.
The bending unit
The bending unit CNC system adopts Siemens PLC of Germany. and the bending angle is automaticlly controlled. The system has a storge function.
The bending unit adopts a closed bending structure,which makes it more uniform during processing the horizontal bending and embossing, and improves the repeat positioning accuracy in mass production.
The bending units adopts a double-decker working table, and the three units can be worked at the same time and the three units work does not affect each other.
The bending unti can make horizontal bending, vertical bending and U shape bending.
