Fiberglass Double Step Ladder


1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This ladder with a duty rating of 375lbs per side is designed for one or two-person work.
It is designed with a heavy duty aluminium top for entirely covering the ladder rails, and both sides of ladder are connected with two stamping side plates.
The braces and base shields make sure the ladder can be long lasting and durable.
This ladder is designed with non-conductive fiberglass rails to be able to work near electricity.
Please be noticed that the Max. load including person and material shall not exceed the duty rating of a ladder.

2. FEATURE
Heavy gauge aluminium top with extruded aluminim side plates( stainless steel side plates could be selected.)
Back up stainless steel plates strenghten all connectors.
Locknut on top hinge; 5 solid steel rivets attach top to each rail
Slip-resistant pedals are double riveted with braces to side rails
Super heavy duty aluminium spreaders( stainless steel spreaders can be selected.) are fixed to the rails on due spots externally( internal spreaders can be selected.)
Ruber step bumpers effectively avoid ladder rails be be broken during transport or on a accident force.( Sometimes it can be replaced by stainless steel braces accoding to customer.)
Aluminum external rail shield( or plastic shield) protects ladder rails against abrasion damage
Rubber shoe pads are riveted to the bottom of shield to prevent ladder from slippery at use
Metal plates or washer is applied at back of each rivets to protect the fiberglass rails against any cracks

A: We are manufacturer and we have been specializing in manufacturing ladders since 2006.

A: Our factory is located in zhuji City, Zhejiang. You are warmly welcomed to visit whenever you are available.

A: In general, within 25-30 days for a 40HQ. It also depends on the order quantity and ladder design.

A: Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance before delivery. It can also be flexible!

A: Yes, samples are available at any time. We charge some sample cost and will return it during the next order.
