Application

This steel shell furnace can bear 1800 degrees. It can melt most metal, such as Iron,steel, copper, aluminum,brass, bronze,gold, etc. It is Suitable for big capacity of more than 0.5ton per hour, wildly used in big foundry and fully-automiatic fundry.

Full-automatic production line. KGCL furnace can be fully-automatic controled, throught PLC programmable controller, HMI man-machine interface or industrial control computer system, industrial control configuration software and various sensors. The whole melting process can be monitored and controlled by computer. It can realize automatic constant temperature, automatic drying, power distribution display, intelligent smelting management, automatic display and storage of fault information, etc. Besides,It can be configured with various foundry equipment to achive fully-automatic production line, including temperature measuring instrument, thermal analyzer, spectrometer, demand controller and large screen display, etc.

Steel shell furnace

1. Hydraulic tilting. Furnace can rotate around the pouring spout, and tilting with proportional control, through controlling buttons of hydraulic station and the handle of tilting control device . Its tilting angle is vertically at 95 degrees and it can stay in any position in the process of rotating, as well as to change titling speed to more quicker or more slowly. It uses the manual valve operation and double machine double pump, with remote manual control system. Some other company only have single pump control.
2. Energy saving. The sensor is enclosed with a magnetic yoke, covering an area is over 65%, so the leakage is small and achieve the maximum electrical efficiency. Compared with aluminum shell furnaces, steel shell furnace can save nearly 5% power consumption.
3. Furnace leakage alarm. It is equipped with an alarm device for preventing furnace from leakage, which can achieve safe production. It is a special dual leak-proof furnace alarm, when the lining getting thinner to a certain degree, a warning light will be given to alert the user that the lining needed to be replaced.
4. Anti-fall protection device. During the process of tilting furnace, the anti-falling protective hood will be automatically raised to form a protective barrier to prevent the personnel from falling.
5. Furnace cover & Dust collector. Furnace's cover improve heating efficiency. Dust collector can absorb dust and exhaust gas generated during melting process through air. When working with dust removal system, they can reduce the exhausted gas emission, to meet the environmental requirements.

 

KGCL Power supply

 

Advanced technical performance: Power factor above 0.95, Small harmonics do not require reactive power compensation equipment, two furnaces can work together at the same time, making full use of time to increase production. One set of equipment is equivalent to two sets of equipment. 15% energy saving compared to the same capacity general electric furnace.
It can achieve that one power supply cabinet for two furnaces.Transformer utilization rate is high.
The two furnaces can cast simultaneously and also can supply continuously metal liquid for casting.
