Product Description
Mainly used for the automatic production of microfluidic test card products containing freeze-dried reagent balls in low humidity (10% humidity) environment. Test card loading, automatic feeding of reagent balls, visual guidance, automatic loading of reagent balls, visual inspection of ball loading integrity, automatic film pasting, automatic film scraping, automatic inspection of semi-finished products; semi-finished product transfer input, automatic material distribution of aluminum foil bag clips, conveying and opening bags, automatic loading and distribution of desiccant & automatic bagging of semi-finished products, automatic sealing and counting.
