Copper sulfate (CuSO4) is a kind of inorganic compound widely used in industrial production and scientific research. The common form of the compound is copper sulfate pentahydrate (CuSO4·5H2O), a blue crystal, commonly known as blue alum, which is stable at room temperature and pressure, non-deliquing, and will gradually weather in dry air.
