ATC (Automatic Temperature Compensation) allows the pH meter to compensate for temperature variations that may affect the accuracy of your pH measurements.
4. How do I know if my meter reading is accurate?
Firstly, your calibration results indicate your system performance. After calibration, you can perform verification (measure in known buffer solution) to ensure your measurement is accurate. The acceptance is +/- 0.05pH units of the known pH value at the measured temperature. Use your calibration points as a bracket for the pH range of your sample. It is recommended to use at least two points.
