1.Loading: The mold is loaded with the desired amount of powdered plastic resin.  The mold is typically divided into two halves that can be clamped together.
2.Preheating: The mold is preheated to a specific temperature in the oven chamber.  The open flame burner provides heat to melt the plastic resin inside the mold.
3.Rotating: Once the plastic resin has melted and adhered to the inner walls of the mold, the machine starts the rocking motion.  This rocking motion ensures that the molten plastic coats the entire inner surface of the mold, forming a hollow shape.
4.Cooling: After the desired thickness is achieved, the mold is cooled to solidify the plastic.  This can be done by air cooling or by circulating cool water through the mold.
5.Demolding: Once the plastic has solidified, the mold is opened, and the finished plastic product is removed.  The process is then repeated for the next cycle.
