HONGDIAN Battery charging and discharging tester is a special instrument for testing lithium battery pack, lead-acid battery pack, portable mobile power module and other battery packs with full series voltage 30V, 60V, 100V, 120V.
The equipment has an advanced modular design and is equipped with a high-performance digital signal processor. It has powerful floating-point computing ability, multi-task real-time operation, all channels can be controlled independently, and it supports cross-device operation, multi-channel parallel master-slave synchronization technology, and the master-slave clock error is less than 1 ms. The voltage and current accuracy of the conventional model is five ten thousandths, and the customized model can reach two ten thousandths. It supports automatic current grading and the dynamic response of current switching is ≤ 5 ms.
The equipment realizes man-machine interaction, the channel information interface displays the equipment IP selection list, the display information and data unit can be set, the working mode color can be set, the process information can be displayed, and the test process is intuitive. The left side of the data analysis interface is a curve, and the right side is a data list, which can display curves or data independently or simultaneously. Support a variety of information to query historical data, and export reports in various formats. The process editing interface adopts script editing mode, and there are many types of work steps and deadline conditions to choose from.
