BR100(50)/2 model gas mixer is for binary non-combustible gas mixing . Its design form is easy to install and use, and high mixing precision, mixing range is adjustable, simple operation, convenient maintenance.
BR100(50)/2 model gas mixer needs two non-combustible gas, under the same inlet pressure condition, the aid of auxiliary gas content regulator (proportional valve or distribution valve) carry out mixing operation. The mixture enter the receiver (buffer tank) and arrive the set pressure upper value. The mixer no longer supply gas to the receiver. As the mixture gas is pumped out of the receiver, the pressure drops under the set pressure upper value, the gas mixer will supply gas to receiver again. The mixing accuracy of gas mixture produced by this method remains unchanged at any state of allowable output flow. In order to ensure the normal use of the gas mixer, the equipment is specially equipped with alarm device. When the gas inlet pressure is above 0.3mpa, the green indicator light will shine to indicate the gas supply is working pressure .when the gas inlet pressure is below 0.3MPa, the green indicator light will close and sound the alarm to indicate the gas supply pressure is insufficient to work. It is important to choose the right model of gas mixer to ensure that the amount of gas used (pumped) is not exceeding than the mixer's maximum output flow.
