electrophoretic painting
The electrophoretic painting workshop adopts the fully automatic coating production line and spraying robot independently developed by the company, and adopts the same electrophoretic coating process as automobile production to ensure that the paint film on the internal and external surfaces of complex workpieces is uniform and flat, and greatly improve the anti-corrosion performance of workpieces. The environmental protection surface treatment, electrophoretic coating, topcoat process and film drying process are all automated to improve the coating quality of the workpiece. It has the same salt spray resistance as the automobile and has a better appearance.
