The hot punching machine uses electromagnetic induction heating medium frequency furnace to heat the material, and uses the punching pressure to form the product in the mold at one time. It can form irregular parts such as spheres, hexagons, cylinders, valve bodies, etc. After adopting this process, the requirements for materials can be lowered, the cost can be reduced, the product can be formed at one time, the process can be reduced, deep holes and porous parts can be formed, the problem of complex parts can be solved, and continuous full-automatic production can be achieved, which improves efficiency. This equipment is an ideal equipment to solve the problems that the cold upsetting process cannot solve, and it is an upgrade and replacement of the hot upsetting process of the punching machine.


Copper material is cut to the required length through the cutting machine → cut bars are conveyed to the medium-frequency furnace storage bin by a lifting machine → bars are heated in the medium-frequency furnace → the hot forging manipulator selects bars with suitable temperatures and feeds them into the die cavity for forging and shaping → the shaped billets are poured into the shot blasting machine for shot blasting. This completes the processing from copper material to shot-blasted shaped billets.
Hot Forging Manipulator
The hot forging manipulator, as depicted in Figure 2, is a two-degree-of-freedom Cartesian robot. It utilizes servo motors and screw transmission to achieve rapid and precise movement in both horizontal and vertical directions. It is configured with pneumatic grippers, feeding devices, and precise detection systems tailored to customer specifications for bar size requirements. This configuration ensures smooth bar handling and loading and unloading of workpieces.
