Upon request, we can dispatch technical personnel to your factory for on-site support. Please note, the customer is responsible for the travel expenses for support outside of China.
Customers are welcome to send their technical personnel to the VINSTON factory for complimentary training.
Our complete machine comes with a one-year warranty. Within this period, any non-artificially damaged parts will be replaced at no cost.
Post-warranty, any damaged parts need to be repurchased, with all associated costs to be borne by the customer.
