HDPE Pipe and HDPE Pipe Fittings
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) offers excellent heat and cold resistance, chemical stability, high rigidity, toughness, and mechanical strength. It surpasses LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) in hardness, tensile strength, and creep resistance. Additionally, HDPE exhibits good wear resistance, electrical insulation, toughness, and cold resistance, although slightly lower than LDPE.
HDPE is chemically stable, insoluble in organic solvents, and resistant to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion. It has low permeability to water vapor and air, along with minimal water absorption. However, HDPE's aging resistance is lower compared to LDPE, necessitating the addition of antioxidants and UV absorbents to enhance performance.
While HDPE offers good environmental stress cracking resistance, its thermal oxidation can reduce performance. Therefore, precautions should be taken during application, especially considering the hot deformation temperature under stress.

We are located at Shan dong, China, which is ONE hour driving from our factory to the airport. We can provide pick up service once you confirm
your flight information with us.

CHANGYUAN will guarantee the products for TWO years since the date of shipment. We also warrant the products can be used for more than 50
years.
Q3: What's your minimum order quantity?
Pipe fittings: ONE box or ONE bag. Pipes: 200~5000 meters/size, depending on different sizes.
Q4: How about the delivery time?
The common products are always in stock, so they can be sent out within 7 days. Larger orders take about 15-35 days to finish production.
