Product Description:

This machine processes the round sheathed with two inner cores, cable automatically feed and straighten, cut by certain length, strip cable jacket, inner core cable forming and strip, terminal crimping and CFM testing with visual inspection, and finally insert into the house.

Product Feature:

1.International appearance design, and tight and concise whole structure;

2.IPC controlling system, operating interface is simple and rational. The operation of the machine is easy to learn. All the parameters is easily set and stored. The images of operating indications are simple and direct;

3.Panasonic FP2 RTX network bus system, high precision, fast response, and monitoring in real time;

4.The crimping station is installed with imported servo motor, high crimping precision and stable performance;

5.The pneumatic parts are all imported SMC, high efficiency and stability with long life service;

6.Full closed loop flexible wire feeding system, rubber belt feeding device protects the surface of the wire from the damaging, increasing the feeding efficiency;

7.The unqualified product can be eliminated and reclaimed to reach 100% qualified rate;

8.The receptacle housing feeding station is equipped with vibratory plate and orbit. Both receptacle housing clamp speed and feeding delay time are adjustable on touch screen, smartly match the proceeding of whole automatic work line.
