Components and Function
Manual Decoiler | Usage:It is used to support the steel coil and uncoil it in a turnable way. The steel coil is uncoiled automatically. Loading capacity:4T Inner diameter: 450-508mm |
Guiding Device | Adopt guiding bar and sliding block to control the width and position of the steel sheet. |
Roll Forming System | Material of rollers:Cr12,roller surfaces polishing, hard plating , The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped. |
Cutting device  | A. Adopts post cutting, the cutting blade material is Cr12 with quenched treatment, after cutting, there is no material wasted. B. The cutting action is drove by the power from hydraulic station which guarantees the procession of the cutting and low noisy, long life. |
Hydraulic System | It is controlled by gear wheel oil pump. After filling the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank ,the pump drive the punching and cutter machine to begin the punching and cutting job. |
