3. Overview of type C coil plate spreader
1) According to the different hook section, it is divided into structural type, plate type and box beam type.
2) According to the type of hook lining plate, it is divided into copper lining plate, aluminum lining plate and polyurethane lining plate.

5. Precautions and daily maintenance of spreader
(1) During the use of the spreader, if the rotation of the screw lock is not flexible or not in place, check and adjust the adjusting nut, and then check the following parts:
Whether the stretching spring of the pawl is damaged, if damaged, it should be replaced;
(2) Whether the transmission mechanism is stuck, such as stuck, is poor lubrication, should be in the transmission mechanism of the active connection with lubricating oil (or grease). If the guide pin is too tight, loosen the nut appropriately. If the connection is loose, transmission pipe or other rod deformation, it should be corrected;
(3) Whether the stretch of the buffer spring is too small, if it is too small, the length of the wire rope connected with the buffer spring should be shortened.
(2) During use, the indicating paint on the spreader indicator board should be prevented from falling off. Once found, it is necessary to fill the paint of the original indication in time.
(3) For the wire rope on the spreader, it should be timely cleaned and coated with lubricating oil or grease, especially at the bend of the wire rope.
(4) For the main stressed members, lifting rings, screw locks, lug plates and rigging shackles, under normal use conditions, should be checked at least once every 3 months, no cracks and serious deformation.
(5) All oil cups, including the oil cup of ratchet mechanism, the oil cup on sliding bearing seat and the oil cup of screw lock box, the main active joints should be filled with lubricating oil according to the use situation.
(6) Often check whether the rope card is loose, whether the buffer spring is over-stretched, and deal with the problem in time.
(7) each spreader shall not exceed the rated lifting weight, and the buffer spring shall not be overstretched. (8) The lifting shall be carried out smoothly in the lifting process to avoid deformation due to mutual impact between the spreader and the crane or other equipment.
