2. What's the payment term?
We accept a 30% TT deposit pre-production, with the remaining 70% payable before shipment or upon BL copy provision.
3. Could you provide us with complimentary plotter paper samples?
Small samples are complimentary, but a nominal fee is required for larger rolls to cover basic startup costs.
What about the lead time for sampling and mass production?
Typically, production takes about 7-10 days, depending on order quantity.
Sample creation time: 1-2 days.
