Water-based solar reflective nano thermal insulation coating products are made with a special silicone resin as a film-forming material and nano-UV highly reflective pigments and additives. Additionally, there are glass microspheres and nano-foaming materials which are added to the coating. The coating has a multi-layer vacuum chamber structure, which better prevents heat transfer, has excellent reflection and heat insulation properties, low thermal conductivity, and can reflect 96% of solar heat energy. Generally, the surface of the object is cooled by 10-25ºC (50~77ºF), and the energy savings and consumption reduction are substantial.

| Application Instructions | Clean the surface of any dust, floating rust, oil stains and other stains. |
| The surface of any rusted metal should be coated with a rust-proof primer; and a cement or concrete surface with insufficient hardness and flaking should be coated with a curing primer to first reinforce the surface. | |
| Stir/mix the paint evenly. Also, after using it for a long time, use the motor mixer for 1 minute. Manual mixing must be stirred for a while to ensure uniform coating. | |
| Avoid high winds and high temperature weather (high temperature direct exposure may cause the paint film to dry too fast causing cracking); avoid low temperature weather; also avoid rainy, wet weather. |
As shown in the figure, the heat energy from the sun is reflected, and the reflectivity of thermal radiation is as high as 90%~96%.
By reflecting and isolating the penetration of external heat, the indoor temperature is reduced.
Heat insulation principle
