Product Description

CJ156 series of rotating AC contactor (New generation of CJ12 and CJ24) is used in the circuit of 50Hz or 60Hz, with rated voltage up to 660Vac, and with rated current from 100A to 630A for AC3 usage category at 380Vac, or with rated voltage up to 1000Vac, and with rated current from 800A to 1800A for AC3 usage category at 380Vac, for the purpose of frequently closing or breaking circuit remotely, and starting, stopping or anti-phase running or reverse braking motor. The contactors comply with IEC60947-4-1 and IEC60947-5-1 standards.

Feature:
Compact structure, electromagnetic system is on the right, main contacts are in the middle, and auxiliary contacts are on the left. The arrangement is good for supervision and repair.
With same mounting dimension as CJ12 series of rotating AC contactor, and can replace CJ12 series of rotating AC contactor.
Encapsulated coil makes beautiful appearance, easy replacement, safe and reliable.
Main contact system adopts single-break series magnetic blow-out structure, equipped with longitudinal joint type arc-extinguishing chamber, and ensure excellent arc-extinguishing performance. The main contacts are made by adopting compression-molding process, and ensure contact area of moving contacts and fixed contacts, decrease the temperature rise and mechanical wear between contacts, and so increase the electrical life of contactors.
Arc-extinguishing chamber is made by adpoting new process. High-strength material with adding special arc-extinguishing material thorugh single-step forming makes beautiful appearance, light weight, high mechanical strength, and increases arc-extinguishing performance and good resistance against arc erosion.
Solve the problem of axial movement and easy falling-off of the shaft that rotating AC contactor has by adopting unique process.

Working condition and installation condition:
Ambient temperature: from 5 centigrade below zero to 55 centigrade. The average temperature within 24 is less than 35 centigrade.
Site altitude is less than 2000m, and derate if higher than 2000m.
Relative humidity shall be less than 50 percent at 40 centigrade, high humidity is allowed at low temperature.
Pollution degree: 3
The contactors can be used in uninterrupted duty, 8-hour working duty, short-time duty and intermittent periodic duty. Load factor at intermittent periodic duty is 40 percent, and 4 pole contactor and 5 pole contactor can be only used to intermittent periodic duty. As for short-time duty, the standard contact power on time can be 10 min., or 30 min., or 60 min.
