Bending Machine


1. The main performance characteristics
1) The bending machine can be set up a variety of bending types: flat bending, vertical bending, twist bending, closed bending, U bending, etc.
2) Using closed bending mechanism, X and Y axis using precision linear guide rail, to ensure the processing accuracy, avoid the disadvantages of open bending, ensure the processing Angle in the width direction of the same.
3) Bending shaft adopts servo control, high bending precision, high stability.
4) The X-axis stroke is 1200mm, the overall structure of the worktable can meet the production needs to improve the rigidity and overall performance of the equipment.
5) When bending, it has automatic clamping and release function to ensure the flatness of processing plane and reduce the damage of bending arc.
6) The software used can be networked with the punching and shearing machine. For the workpiece with more bending times, it can automatically find the bending order, realize programming automation, simulate the bending process one step in advance, and place the bus according to the simulated bending order to avoid the wrong bending position.
7) The equipment table adopts the overall thickened flat grinding chrome-plated high-precision table, which can effectively reduce the friction between the copper bus and the equipment table, better protect the surface of the copper bus, and will not rust.
