The machine is the special equipment used for angle steel drilling & marking mainly in the field of angle steel tower industry.
Product Composition:
This machine is mainly composed of transverse conveyor, rotating loading system, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, drilling unit, marking unit, unloading conveyor, as well as hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems etc.




Product feature:
1. This processing line is composed of transverse conveyor, overturn conveyor, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, two sets of drilling units, one set of marking unit, automatic unload conveyor and corresponding hydraulic station, electric cooling system.
Adopt CNC technology, servo motor in feeding, with high efficiency, stable work piece precision.
2. There is one set of drilling unit on each side. Every drilling unit can be installed with three drills of different dimensions. The drilling unit can realize the CNC movement holistically for change of drilling stadia, therefore to ensure the accuracy of holes.
3. Rotation speeds of all spindles are stepless adjustment realized by transducer, and feeding speeds are also stepless adjustment realized by speed regulating valves. Transform of the rapid feeding, work feeding, and rapid withdrawing of spindles all are finished automatically.
4. One marking unit in the drilling line. Marking stadia can be preset conveniently. Marking, clamping of the workpiece and infeed of the drilling are driven by the hydraulic system. Main components are imported. Circulate cooling system is applied so as to prolong the life of drills.
5. All marking and drilling in automatic completeness, all finished angles can be unloaded by pneumatic turnover device so as to lighten the working strength of workers with well advantages than other manufacturers.
6. The control system consists of the host computer, servo motor, PLC, external monitoring switch, etc. Just input the dimension of the workpiece, the processing program will be generated automatically. Besides, the program can be saved, selected, displayed and communicated as per the workpiece No.
7. The machining line installs supporting & pressing device to meet the requirements of processing angles with bigger bending.
8. With self-diagnosis failures function.

Double blade cutting |
This unit consists of frame machine body, hydraulic pressure dynamic cylinder, upper blade setup, lower blade setup, and front bracket tank etc. The front bracket tank avoids angle steel to strike lower blade. The lower blade setup can adjust the clearance according to angle steel thickness to ensure the cutting quality. It cuts different standards of angle steel, according to the order of computer. |
The Drilling Unit |
We solved the fatal problem of this machine. During drilling, the cooling water will go inside the drills, drill will be locked. Now we make new design for it. The cooling water will not go inside of spindle and drills will not be locked by rust. We add a cover on top of the guide device of spindle, which can prevent dust and scraps from going inside of piston unit of guide device. It will protect the spindle and prolong its life. (This is our patent) |
Drilling Unit: The unit is consists of two slanting 45°frames, four vertical plates, two hydraulic drilling heads and two sets of servo drivers used for controlling the stadia adjustment. This unit can be installed three different standards of drills on each side. It can choose drilling heads automatically according to computer instruction. The position of stadia is located by servo motor, which drives drilling head to move up and down through the transmission of ball screw, thus to achieve the requirement of stadia position. It can drill many rows and different diameters holes on two wings of angle steel. |
The feeding of three drilling spindle controlled by three cylinder, besides, our machine equipped with the balancing cylinder, this cylinder help reduce the pressure of the pump, extend the working life of pump and ball screws. |

Marking Unit: This unit is consists of fixed lathe bed, movable lathe bed, hydraulic pressure head and manual adjustment device. According to the order of computer, the unit marks on places required on the drawings. For making the marks clear and endurable, and avoiding the angle steel abrades character heads, it adds the functions of loading oil cylinder and lifting movable lathe bed. For satisfying the processing scope, it adds manual adjustment device, which can change the position of characters to adapt different standards angle steel. |
