Machine Structure
1. Our Reliable Press Brake is crafted with precision, featuring self-designed and manufactured key components. The overall structure is made from high-strength, steel plate welding, ensuring superior strength and rigidity.
2. Utilizing the latest UGS/CAD/CAE/CAM 3D software, the main structure undergoes exhaustive finite element analysis and optimization design, enhancing its performance and efficiency.
3. The product employs vibration aging to effectively eliminate internal stress, and key welds undergo rigorous flaw detection to ensure reliability.
4. Precision is paramount, as the column, upper working slide, and lower working table are processed in one go using a floor boring and milling machine. This ensures unparalleled parallelism, verticality, and alignment across all installation surfaces.
5. The up-moving bending design guarantees stable operation, with user-friendly and safe handling.
6. At the bottom dead center, a pressure-holding delay function is integrated to uphold the workpiece's accuracy.
7. Structural parts are meticulously derusted through sanding and coated with anti-rust paint, ensuring long-lasting durability.
8. With programmable Y1, Y2, X, +1 (V) axes, the machine can handle eccentric loads and perform intricate bending for specialized shapes.

Hydraulic System
1. Our hydraulic system is powered by the distinguished proportional servo valve group from German BOSCH company, offering a compact design with excellent sealing, high synchronization precision, and extended service life.
2. The oil pump, a product of an American joint venture, features an internal gear pump capable of withstanding high pressure while maintaining low operational noise.3. The seal within the oil cylinder is crafted from products by Japan NOK company, ensuring minimal wear and zero leakage. The cylinder block and piston rod are intricately crafted through a one-time process using Japan's state-of-the-art Toshiba five-axis linkage floor boring and milling machine, coupled with Dari M132/300 CNC lathe. The cylinder's interior surface is honed, and the piston rod's exterior surface undergoes vibration grinding for flawless finishing.
4. The hydraulic system offers a clear, intuitive display of oil level and temperature, enhancing the user experience.
5. Overload and overflow safety protection is embedded in the hydraulic system, safeguarding against unexpected mishaps.
6. With a high-precision guidance system, position measurement capabilities, and hydraulic equalization, the system is adept at accommodating full-length processing demands.
7. The machine works seamlessly under rated loads, with a leak-free, consistently stable hydraulic system that delivers high precision.
8. An external large-diameter filling valve is incorporated for high precision and minimal loss, boosting efficiency.
Crowning Table
+1(V) axis: To assure unparalleled machining accuracy, a mechanical tie rod deflection compensation worktable is included. This innovative setup effectively manages the convex deflection across the worktable's entire length. The compensation worktable entails multiple wedge sets with varying angles, motor-driven to craft ideal positioning curves. By counteracting deformation under load, this system optimizes part quality. The numerical control device orchestrates pre-convex adjustments based on ground pressure. With sheet thickness, lower die opening, and tensile strength data input, bending force and compensation values are auto-calculated, yielding precise pre-bulge for every bend.
