There are two types of cold-rolled silicon steel strips: non-grain orientation and grain orientation. Usually, grain non-oriented cold-rolled strips are used as iron cores for motors or welding transformers; grain-oriented cold-rolled strips are used as iron cores for power transformers, pulse transformers, and magnetic amplifiers.
If the cold-rolled oriented strip is used, the performance is better. Using it instead of the hot-rolled strip or low-grade cold-rolled strip can reduce the power consumption of the transformer by 45%-50%, and the transformer's working performance is more reliable.

Wooden tray, iron wrapper, waterproof paper.The steel strips supplied according to the standard are usually applied with common rustproof oil film, which can be swept away with alkali solution.
The supplier guarantees that the oiled products will be free from rust under normal packing, transportation, loading and storage conditions within 6 Months, the approved delivery date. However, product without oil coating can also be subject subject to statement in the contract reached after discussion between the user and the supplier.
