Totally replace manually weight variation inspection with much higher efficiency.This equipment can automatically select samples to check it's weight from the outlet of capsule filling machine,and this inspection never stops when the equipment is working. The monitoring picture can show the capsule weight dynamically. When the capsule weight variation is beyond the standard value, it will give an alarm to the capsule filling workers, and automatically eliminate the unqualified one. Meanwhile it will insulate the unqualified segment from the filling machine to make sure the capsules which have been inspected are all weight qualified one.
The equipment automatically generate and print the report of weight variation inspection,and can automatically draw the graphs and charts which reflect the quality of the whole batch, and then carry out the SPC control of the capsule weight variation and remote monitor.
