ZJE-II Series Slurry Pump
Product Introduction
ZJE-II series slurry pump is a special performance of impurities pump. In recent years, it has been called "special feed pump for filter press" by insiders. The pump suction slurry from the back side, simple packing seal without leakage, more importantly, its flow, head curve is very steep, very suitable for some special conditions. It is characterized by large feed flow and low pressure; Late pressing flow is small, high pressure; Shaft seal is simple and reliable, no water injection, no mechanical seal, no leakage; Pressure filter into the material without frequency control, high conveying concentration; Hydraulic design, structural design advanced novel, high efficiency, corrosion resistance, stable and reliable operation.
The pump is a pressure-in suction pump with a small suction range. It is recommended that the feeding liquid level be higher than the center of the pump. The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipe is generally the same as the inlet and outlet diameter of the pump or slightly larger, so the liquid concentration is mostly higher, so the inlet pipe of the pump should not be too long, so as not to affect the suction.
