CAP-607 is a fully functional automated sorting equipment. It has the following advantages:
(1) Provide complete control solutions.
It is designed and built on one single platform, including electrical control system, feeding unit, conveyor belt mechanism, pneumatic robotic mechanism, dynamic storage unit, etc.
(2) Uses multiple cylinders for pick and place and DC brushless gear motor drive.
• Rotary cylinder for rotational motion, sliding cylinder for horizontal motion, double rod cylinder for vertical motion, finger cylinder for pick & place.
• The complete aluminium structure conveyor belt is driven by a DC brushless gear motor, its side groove can be used for the installation of various detecting sensors.
(3) With dynamic design of storage unit.
Different workpieces can be placed into corresponding barrels for sorting purpose.
(4) System logic control is achieved by connecting to a modular PLC unit.
• These terminal strips will be connected to our modular electrical control units using circular connectors.
• The system logic control is achieved by connecting electrical control unit to a modular PLC unit with 2mm pluggable cables.
