Gas annealing furnace
The gas annealing furnace adopts labyrinth sealing structure and automatic sand-seal device to ensure the sealing between the furnace body and the trolley. The sealing of the furnace door adopts raceway type pressing and spring pressing mechanism. The furnace body is made of high quality firebrick to ensure the sealing of the furnace. The high-pressure part of the trolley is constructed with high aluminum bricks, and the lower part is insulated with thermal insulation bricks.
The combustion system of the gas annealing furnace is equipped with multiple nozzles on both sides of the furnace, so that the heat flow is circulated in the furnace to ensure the uniformity of the furnace temperature. Automatic or semi-automatic models can be selected as required.
The gas annealing furnace is equipped with a smoke exhaust preheating device, which is located at the upper end of the furnace. When the flue gas in the furnace passes through the preheater, it is sent to the cold air by the fan for preheating, and then sent to the burner through the pipeline for combustion assistance. A manual disc valve is installed at the outlet to adjust the pressure in the furnace.

7, heating using high-speed burner, distributed on both sides of the furnace body, by the solenoid valve and proportional regulation of combustion.
8. The control system mainly regulates and controls the gas pipeline flow, flue gas flow and diluted air volume of each furnace by detecting the temperature and pressure of the natural gas truck furnace. In addition, a natural gas main quick cut-off device is provided. The temperature of the furnace is controlled by the zone, and each zone is equipped with a thermocouple to measure the temperature and enter the multi-point recorder to track and record the temperature in the furnace.

Temperature requirements:
The box type annealing furnace is divided into high temperature furnace, medium temperature furnace and low temperature annealing furnace. The high temperature furnace is within 1200ºC, the medium temperature furnace is within 950ºC, and the low temperature annealing furnace is within 650ºC, respectively.Product characteristics selection, furnace size, load according to customer requirements.
