This series of sensor ICs is suitable for industrial and automotive applications, with an operating temperature range of -40ºC to 150ºC and a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 30V. It's available in three package options: TO92S, SOT23 (Thin Outline), and SOT23-3L, all of which comply with RoHS standards. The product has also passed AEC-Q100 qualification.
