Product Description

The CO2 generation process adopts a composed process of water scrubbing, cryogenic adsorption and fractional distillation.Through this equipment, the industrial waste gas rich in CO2 can be recycled and utilized.

 

Application: finally refrigeration industrial or food-grade liquid CO2, it is widely used in oil field mining, welding, metal casting processing, fire fighting, food, medical and health industries.

Flue gas CO2 recovery and Utilization:

Flue gas refers to the emissions from power plants, boilers, lime kilns, cement plants, etc., typically containing 8-35% CO2. This system employs to absorb CO2 at room temperature. After concentration, the CO2 undergoes adsorption, drying, cooling, and heat exchange before entering the rectification tower for sulfur and nitrate removal. Impurities like oxygen, nitrogen, and water vapor are stored in tanks for reuse.

Chemical Industry Exhaust Gas CO2 Recovery and Utilization:

The tail gas in petrochemical and chemical industries refers to CO2-rich emissions from separation units. It contains 80~99% CO2
and impurities like sulfur, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, hydrogen, ammonia, oxygen, benzene, and water vapor. This system uses water washing, specialized adsorbents, patented hydrocarbon removal tech, and distillation to remove impurities and store purified
gas for use.

Fermentation Gas CO2 Recovery and Utilization:

Fermentation gas, from facilities like alcohol factories, breweries, and sugar factories, contains high levels of carbon dioxide (90-99%), along with alcohols, aldehydes, methane, hydrogen, nitrogen, and water vapor, among other impurities. This system uses water washing, separation, and special adsorbents to remove impurities like alcohols, aldehydes, and carbon monoxide. Water is removed through drying, cooling, and distillation to eliminate methane, hydrogen, nitrogen, and other impurities.

Natural Gas Tail Gas CO2 Recovery and Utilization:

Tail gas generated during the extraction, transportation, and utilization of natural gas contains CO2 and other components. This
system uses technologies such as chemical absorption or membrane separation to recover and purify CO2 from the tail gas for
further utilization or storage.

 General Carbon dioxide recycling processing introduction: 

 

1. Carbon dioxide washing bufferring process:

It is used to removes foam, liquid water, and solid particles from the raw gas; has a certain removal effect on alcohols, acids, alkanes, lipids and other substances. The treated gas enters the air bag or gas tank buffer.

2. Compressing process

We Use piston type oil-free lubricated compressor to support food-grade gas production. Equipped with cooler, steam trap, water collector and complete safety production components to ensure the reliable operation of the compressor.

3. Adsorption drying process

Through various special molecular sieves and activated carbon, sulfides, alkanes, alcohols, aldehydes, lipids, benzene and other substances are adsorbed in a targeted manner to ensure that the gas tastes pure and meets food grade requirements. The adsorption drying tower has a complete regeneration system with the advantages of fast heating speed, full regeneration, low CO2 consumption and low energy consumption.

4. Refrigeration process

The refrigeration ice machine can adopt two methods: fluorine refrigeration and ammonia refrigeration. The heat exchanger adopts precise design, which can give full play to the efficiency of the refrigeration compressor and reduce the recovery energy consumption.

5. Carbon dioxide liquefaction purification unit

The purification unit adopts the principle of distillation. During the distillation process, gases with lower boiling points than CO2, such as oxygen, nitrogen, and methane, are separated and re-condensed/discharged by the top condenser. The purification tower is accurately calculated and uses specially designed fillers. The purification can achieve an accuracy of more than 99.999% in one purification.
