Weighing section
It uses a high-precision load cell to measure the weight of the material. When the material is transported to the weighing platform, the sensor generates an electrical signal based on the gravity of the material. These signals are transmitted to the control system, which converts the electrical signals into weight data through a built-in algorithm.
Packing part
First, packaging materials (such as packaging bags) are automatically transported to the designated location. Then, the material is loaded into a bag through a mechanical device. In this process, there will be a sealing device to seal the bag, and the sealing method can be heat sealing, sewing, etc.
Automatic control
The whole process is coordinated by the control system. The operator can set various parameters on the operation interface of the control system, such as packaging weight, packaging speed, sealing temperature, etc.
