After-sales service
1.We will be responsible for providing free warranty repair for any malfunctions caused by the product's own quality issues under normal use conditions within the warranty period.
2.The product's warranty service commences from the date indicated on the invoice and warranty card from the date of purchase. If valid purchase invoices and warranty cards cannot be provided, we will calculate the warranty period based on the original factory shipment date of the product purchased. The original factory shipment date is determined by the product's serial number (S/N).
3.Users are solely responsible for the security of their device's data. Users must back up videos, photos, and other information before repair, as we do not assume responsibility for any data damage or loss.
4.All spare parts replaced during repairs belong to us.
