Product Description
The CEEG compact substation integrates high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer, and low-voltage switchgear, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The packaged substation features strong integration, a small footprint, low investment, and easy installation and maintenance. Rated voltages: 6KV, 10KV, 35KV. Enclosure protection ratings: IP54, IP33, with custom solutions available for special requirements.

Excellent Production Performance: The frame is coated with a special paint layer. The internal design includes safeguards to prevent:

Advanced Environmental Control: The transformer and low-voltage rooms are equipped with automatic temperature control devices, ensuring temperature regulation and efficient ventilation.
The top insulation layer prevents condensation caused by rapid temperature changes, and additional insulation layers can be added around the enclosure.

Enclosure Structure
High Voltage Chamber:
The primary high voltage chamber houses a high-voltage ring main unit. High-voltage switches support sulfur hexafluoride load switches and vacuum circuit breakers. The high-voltage cabinet protects the transformer from short circuits, overloads, and more.
Transformer Chamber:
The three-phase transformer chamber accommodates dry-type or liquid (oil) immersed transformers. The enclosure is equipped with a sophisticated ventilation system with adjustable temperature settings. Transformers are equipped with live space barriers to prevent accidental contact during observation.
Low Voltage Chamber:
The secondary low voltage chamber comes in two assembly forms: with or without a corridor. It can house metering cabinets, main incoming cabinets, outgoing cabinets, capacitor cabinets, and interlocking cabinets (for dual transformers), providing comprehensive functionality for low-voltage switchgear. Capacitive reactive power compensation generally ranges from 15% to 30% of the transformer capacity.
