
Cephalexin is used to treat infections caused by bacteria, including upper respiratory infections, ear infections, skin infections, and urinary tract infections.
What should I tell my care team before I take this medication?
They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
- Bleeding disorder
- Kidney disease
- Liver disease
- Seizures
- Stomach or intestine problems like colitis
- An unusual or allergic reaction to cephalexin, other penicillin or cephalosporin antibiotics, other medications, foods, dyes, or preservatives
- Pregnant or trying to get pregnant
- Breast-feeding

applicable to acute tonsillitis caused by sensitive bacteria, angina, middle ear infections, and sinusitis, bronchitis, pneumonia and other respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infections and skin and soft tissue infection and so on. This product is an oral formulation, it is not suitable for severe infections.

500 mg orally every 6 hours for 10 to 14 days
