Working Principle
The material is uniformly sent into the grinding chamber by the feeding system, it is strongly impacted by the high-speed rotating moving disk, which makes the material crushed. The crushed materials are separated by the grading wheel, and the products that meet the fineness requirements are collected by the cyclone separator and the dust collector, and the coarse materials are crushed again in the crushing area.It integrates the crushing and classifying and is widely used in medicine, Chinese herbal medicine, food, health care products, chemicals, minerals, battery materials and other new material industries

Product size: 600um~10um (30-1250mesh) air flow (air separation) classification, controlled by frequency converter.
Feeding material particle size: < 2cm, the lower the moisture content the better
Feeding method: The feeding rate is controlled by frequency converter by means of spiral conveying in silo.
Discharge method: through the cyclone or dust collector, according to the requirements of electric discharge valve, double pneumatic butterfly valve or manual butterfly valve
Working environment: on-site dust-free
Temperature control: The temperature will gradually rise in the continuous production process, which is not suitable for temperature-sensitive raw material processing
