What is the reactor?
1.Reactors are stainless steel mixing containers that can complete physical or chemical reactions.
2.How do you choose a proper reactor?
They are usually non-standard designs.
The structural design and parameter configuration of the container can be carried out according to the different process conditions of the user. The design conditions, processes, inspections, manufacturing, and acceptance must be based on relevant technical standards to achieve the heating, evaporation, cooling, and low-speed mixing reaction functions required by the process.
3.Reactor standard:
Pressure vessels must follow the standard of GB150 steel pressure vessels, and atmospheric pressure vessels must follow the standard of NB/T47003.1-2009 steel welded atmospheric pressure vessels.
As a result, the pressure requirements in the reaction process also have different design requirements for the container.
Production must be strictly processed, tested, and tested in accordance with the corresponding standards. Stainless steel reactors vary according to different production processes, operating conditions, etc. The design structure and parameters of the reactor are different, that is, the structural style of the reactor is different, which is a non-standard container equipment.
Here we show you the limpet coil reactor. It can be used to make PVA Polyvinyl alcohol, styrene Acrylic emulsion polymer, Alkyd resin, Polyacrylamide, Polyvinyl acetate PVAc,particle board plywood usage urea-formaldehyde resin glue, phenolic resin, etc.
1.Why do you need to choose the limpet coil reactor?Limpet coil reactor is widely used due to its special structure.
The limpet coils(or named half pipe, half tube) are welded around the seal bottom and reactor tank.Compared with simple type jacket structure(an empty jacket),the heating oil or steam or water could flow faster across the coils. Also,it could endure more higher pressure than jacket but no need to raise plate thickness, that will save user's money.
Of course,it has the biggest disadvantage:too many weldings!
That means, the limpet coil reactor should be welded very well and test very carefully, especally for high pressure steam usage or hot oil usage.
